Proper packing is recommended for safe transportation. 4. **Customer Responsibility:** Cash, jewelry, passports, important documents, and other personal valuables should be kept by the customer. 5. **Access & Parking:** The customer is responsible for providing suitable access, parking, loading/unloading permission, and building or community approvals where required. 6. **Damages:** We take reasonable care of all items during moving and handling. Any existing damage must be identified before moving.
