Refund Policy

 

1. Subscription Fee Refunds
 

The Listi Partners Portal operates on a subscription-based model. All subscription fees are determined by market demand and company management, and are subject to change at any time.

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed for a given month, you will have full access to our services for that period, and no refunds will be issued for partial or unused months.

  • The only exception for a refund is in the case of a double payment on the same account. Such cases are eligible for a refund upon verification.

  • The use of unauthorized payment cards or debit cards is not acceptable and may result in the suspension of your account.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user profile. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.
     

2. Business Listings and Pricing
 

  • The pricing for business listings on the Listi Partners Portal varies depending on the category and brand profile. No fixed pricing is followed for business subscriptions; the charge is agreed upon between both parties at the time of your subscription agreement.

  • Once a payment is completed for a business listing, no refund will be provided for any other cause. You are not eligible to request a refund once your data has been processed and your company listing has been published on our portal.
     

3. Referral Rewards

  • The Listi Partners Portal is a platform that connects businesses and referrers. We do not handle or process the payment of referral rewards.

  • The agreement and payment for a referral reward are a direct transaction between the business and the referrer. Any disputes or issues regarding reward payments must be resolved between the two parties.

  • Listi is not responsible for and will not issue refunds for any referral rewards that are unpaid or disputed.

  • Proper settlement is given for referral code or coupon code usage by both users and businesses.
