1. Listi User Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Listi Partners Portal ("Listi"). These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of our online portal, services, and applications. When you see "Listi," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to the sole establishment that operates this portal. By signing up and creating an account, you agree to all terms, including the Privacy Policy, and permit Listi to collect and maintain accurate information for your account. You also agree to provide truthful and accurate details.

Definitions

  • Listi: A sole establishment operating the Listi Partners Portal, a secure online portal providing Users access to business listings, referral opportunities, and related resources. Listi does not participate in referral agreements, payments, or transactions between Users and Businesses.
  • User: "User" or "you" means any individual aged 18 or above who has a potential lead—someone needing the service(s) of any Business listed on Listi. You act independently and use the portal to refer such individuals to Businesses and are responsible for your activities and compliance with these Terms.
  • Business: "Business" means companies, freelancers, agents, wholesalers, applications, or websites listed on Listi that offer referral rewards for confirmed leads or clients. Businesses engage Users as independent referrers and operate independently of Listi.
  • Referring Person or Lead: "Referring Person or Lead" means the individual or entity you identify as a potential client who requires the services of any Business listed on Listi. You must only share their contact details with the Business if you have their explicit consent, complying with UAE privacy laws.

1. User Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must register using truthful and accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality and security.
  • Only individuals 18 years or older who are legally permitted in the UAE may use the portal.
  • Sharing your account credentials is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension.

2. Referral and Reward Program

  • Sharing Contact Details: You may share the contact information of a Referring Person or Lead only with their explicit prior consent. Unauthorized disclosure violates UAE data protection laws and may lead to penalties. Listi disclaims responsibility for any such unauthorized sharing by Users.
  • Direct User-Business Agreement: Rewards for referrals are based solely on agreements between you and the Business. Listi is not a party to, nor will it enforce or guarantee, any referral agreements.
  • No Listi Inclusion in Agreements: You must not include Listi or the Listi Partners Portal in any written or verbal referral agreements. Doing so violates our policy and may lead to legal action against you.
  • Definition of Successful Referral: A referral reward is due only when the Referring Person or Lead makes a confirmed payment to the Business.
  • Payment Terms: Payment amounts, schedules, and conditions are governed by your agreement with the Business. Listi does not facilitate payments or disputes.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

  • All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your profile section on the portal. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • If payment processing errors occur, they will be resolved within 2 to 5 working days.
  • Refunds will only be issued for duplicate payments. No other refunds are provided.
  • Membership cancellation or lapse results in loss of any promotional subscription rates, and rejoining will be at the current full subscription price.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • No fraudulent behavior, scams, or misleading referrals.
  • Use must comply with all applicable UAE laws.
  • Contact Businesses only during standard UAE business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM).
  • Do not use bots, spam other users, or abuse the portal.
  • Immediate reporting is required if a Business requests any fee from you.

5. Intellectual Property and Data Usage

  • Unauthorized Copying: The usage, copying, or replication of any photos, videos, or data from the Listi portal or any of its business listings is strictly prohibited.
  • Cybercrime: Any unauthorized copying or use of business data from this portal is considered a cybercrime and is subject to legal action under UAE law.
  • Representing Our Data: The creation of an app, website, or any other platform that uses similar or the same data as Listi's without our express written consent is illegal.
  • Social Media Posting: Posting any opportunity, business listing, or reward information from our Listi portal on social media is considered a copyright violation. In such a case of copying any of our data, you will face legal consequences.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

  • Listi may suspend or terminate your account for policy violations or illegal activities.
  • You can terminate your account anytime by contacting Listi support.
  • No refunds for unused periods upon termination by User.

7. Limitation of Liability

Listi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Users assume full responsibility for their actions.

8. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Listi, you consent to our data handling practices.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform with or without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be communicated to hi@listi.ae for resolution before legal actions may be pursued.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the federal laws of the UAE as applicable in Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

By using Listi, you acknowledge and accept all these terms and commit to compliance with them and applicable laws.

2. Listi Data Privacy and Security Policy

Welcome to Listi! At Listi, your trust is our top priority. We operate under the principles of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and are committed to protecting your data and ensuring complete transparency. This policy outlines how Listi, as a sole establishment, collects, uses, protects, and discloses your personal data in compliance with the PDPL. This policy applies to you, the User. "Business" refers to companies, freelancers, agents, wholesalers, apps, and websites that offer referral rewards on the platform.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

  • We Only Collect What We Need: We only ask for information essential to providing our service, such as contact details and payment information.
  • Your Consent Matters: We will always ask for your explicit consent before collecting and using your personal data.
  • We Keep Your Data Secure: We use robust security measures, including encryption, to protect your data both in transit and in storage.
  • Secure Payments by Stripe: For all transactions, we partner with Stripe. Listi never stores your credit card details.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Details: Your name, email, phone number, date of birth, position, and location.
  • Payment Information: Your bank details for reward payments, handled by Stripe.
  • Referral Data: Information you provide about referred clients.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data.

2. How We Use and Share Your Information

  • To Provide Services: We use your data to facilitate connections and administer subscription fees.
  • With Your Consent: Your data is not shared with any Business unless you explicitly contact them through our portal to discuss a referral. By contacting them, you consent to sharing your contact information.
  • With Service Providers: We use third-party services like Stripe for payment processing. They are contractually bound to keep your information secure.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your data if required by UAE law or to protect our rights.

3. Your Rights Under UAE Law (PDPL)

Under the PDPL, you have the right to access, correct, erase, object to the use of, and withdraw consent for your data.

3. Listi General Disclaimer

Effective Date: August 5, 2025

The information on the Listi portal is for general purposes only. We function solely as an online portal to connect a User with a Business.

  • No Intermediary Role: We are not involved in any agreements, payments, or transactions between you and a Business.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the payment of referral rewards by a Business.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our portal or your off-platform interactions with a Business.

4. Referrer Risk Acknowledgement & Consent

Effective Date: 27 March 2026

By registering as a user on Listi.ae and participating in any referral programme listed on the platform, you acknowledge, agree, and confirm the following:

1. Understanding of Listi.ae's Role

Listi.ae is a listing and visibility platform only. Listi.ae connects you with businesses offering referral Rewards. Listi.ae does not endorse, verify, guarantee, or underwrite any Reward, offer, product, or service listed by any business on the platform. Listi.ae does not act as an agent, broker, or representative of any listed business.

2. Reward Fulfilment Is the Business's Responsibility

Any Reward (including but not limited to discounts, cashback, gifts, commissions, vouchers, or benefits) offered by a business is a direct commitment from that business to you. The business has acknowledged on signup that it is legally authorised to provide the stated Reward. However, Listi.ae does not guarantee that any business will honour, deliver, or fulfil its stated Rewards.

3. Listi.ae Does Not Process Payments

Listi.ae does not process, hold, transfer, facilitate, or guarantee any payments or transactions between you and any business. All Reward collection, payment, and fulfilment occur directly between you and the business. You are responsible for confirming Reward terms directly with the business before making any referral.

4. Referral Status Tracking

Listi.ae does not track, monitor, or report the status of any referral, introduction, or Reward claim. You cannot check the progress or outcome of your referrals through Listi.ae. To obtain any update on the status of your referral or Reward, you must contact the relevant business that published the listing directly. Listi.ae has no visibility into whether a referral has been accepted, processed, or rewarded by the business.

5. Your Legal Protection: Obtain a Proper Agreement Before Referring

You are strongly advised to establish a proper legal agreement, whether written or documented, directly with the business before making any introduction or referral. This agreement should clearly state the Reward terms, conditions, timelines, and obligations of both parties. Failure to secure such an agreement may leave you without legal recourse in the event of a dispute. Listi.ae is not responsible for any losses arising from referrals made without a prior agreement between you and the business.

6. Your Risk and Due Diligence

You accept that participation in any referral programme carries inherent risk. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any business and its Reward offer before participating. Listi.ae is not liable for any loss, disappointment, or damage arising from a business's failure to deliver a Reward, misrepresentation of an offer, or any dispute between you and a business.

7. Referral Conduct

You agree to make referrals honestly and in good faith. You will not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or spammy referral activity. You will not misrepresent any business's products, services, or Reward terms to the people you refer. Listi.ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any abusive or dishonest referral behaviour.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding Reward fulfilment, payment, or service quality is strictly between you and the business. Listi.ae may, at its sole discretion, assist with communication between parties but is under no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve any dispute. Listi.ae accepts no liability for the outcome of any such dispute.

9. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Your participation as a referrer does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Listi.ae or between you and any listed business, unless separately agreed in writing with that business.

10. Data and Privacy

By participating, you consent to Listi.ae collecting and processing your referral activity data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be shared with listed businesses beyond what is necessary to facilitate the referral connection.

5. Listi Copyright Information

© 2025 Listi. All Rights Reserved. The content, design, and materials on the Listi portal are the exclusive property of Listi and are protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Important Notice for Users

The listings on our portal are part of the marketing and sales campaigns initiated by the featured businesses.

  • Listi does not guarantee or promise any rewards for the businesses listed. Your subscription fees primarily cover access to view and contact the businesses listed on our portal for the referral marketing rewards they offer (Listed Business).
  • Always ensure you have a clear agreement with the respective business before sharing any referral information. We recommend obtaining email confirmation for your own protection.
  • Posting negative comments about Listi—through text, images, videos, or graphical representations—on any platform is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in legal consequences for damaging our business reputation.
  • Any concerns or issues should be communicated exclusively through our official platform via direct messages.
