Who Can Claim
- Business accounts with a submitted and approved listing on Listi.ae
- Businesses on any active plan (Free, Flexi, or Growth)

Who Cannot Claim
- Referrer accounts or individual users
- Businesses with listings in draft status (must be submitted first)
- Suspended or deactivated accounts
- Businesses found in violation of Listi's policies (rejected applications may re-apply — see Refund Policy)
- Businesses that have already claimed and received a website under this offer (even if plan was discontinued and re-purchased)
Duplicate & Fake Accounts — Permanent Ban
Creating duplicate, fake, or secondary accounts under the same business name, domain name, or owner identity to claim this offer more than once is strictly prohibited. Any such attempt will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Listi platform, including suspension of all associated accounts and listings. Listi reserves the right to reject any application and withhold refunds if fraudulent or duplicate account activity is detected.
Application Review & Rejection
Listi Reserves the Right to Reject
All website claims are subject to review by the Listi team. Listi reserves the sole right to reject any application at its discretion, before or after payment, if the business or its content does not meet our eligibility criteria or quality standards.
Reasons for Rejection
Listi may reject a website claim for any of the following reasons (this list is non-exhaustive):
- Business category is not suitable for a static service website (e.g. e-commerce, SaaS, booking platforms)
- Content submitted is incomplete, misleading, or of insufficient quality
- Business operates in a restricted or prohibited industry under UAE law
- Account is flagged for policy violations, spam, or fraudulent activity
- Business does not have a valid, approved listing on Listi.ae
- Domain provided is invalid, unavailable, or associated with prohibited content
- Brief form contains content that violates intellectual property rights
Refund Policy
Refund on Rejection by Listi
If Listi rejects your application and determines your business is not eligible for this offer, a full refund of the claim fee (5 AED or 20 AED, depending on your plan) will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
When Refunds Apply
- Application rejected by Listi — Full refund of claim fee issued automatically
- Technical error preventing delivery — Full refund if Listi is unable to fulfil the claim
When Refunds Do NOT Apply
- User voluntarily cancels after payment — no refund
- Brief form not submitted within 30 days — claim expires, no refund

What We Need From You
Once you pay and unlock the Website Brief Form, you will need to provide the following details so we can start building your website:
A New Gmail Account
Create a fresh Gmail account (e.g. yourbusiness@gmail.com) and share the login credentials with us. We use this account to set up your website hosting, analytics, and any integrations. You retain full ownership.
Website Brief Form
Fill in the required details — business name, tagline, about section, services, contact details, brand colors, and preferences. This is a one-time form. Ensure all content is accurate before submitting.
Your Domain Name
Provide your own domain, or request Listi to help with domain purchase (additional cost applies, subject to availability). We handle DNS pointing and configuration.
WhatsApp Number
Provide your active WhatsApp number for communication during the build process and for your website's contact section.
Image Upload Requirements
- Upload up to 10 images for your website (hero banners, gallery, team photos, etc.)
- Maximum file size: 5 MB per image
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
- Use high-resolution images for best results
Domain
Domain Purchase & Ownership
A domain name is required for your website. In the brief form, you can indicate whether you already own a domain or need to purchase one. If you already have a domain, provide it in the form and Listi will handle DNS pointing. If you need a domain, Listi will contact you with pricing and availability — additional cost will apply, subject to domain name availability and registrar pricing. Domain purchase cost is entirely borne by the business user. Listi acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee specific domain availability or pricing.
Hosting & Infrastructure
- Hosting — Hosted and secured by external apps, managed by Listi. HTTPS enabled by default.
- Loading Speed — Website loading speed and performance are subject to network conditions, server availability, and external factors beyond Listi's control. Listi does not guarantee specific load times or uptime percentages.
- Ownership Transfer — See Ownership Transfer section below for details (499 AED).
- Listi may display a small "Built by Listi" footer badge.
Contact Form & Email Notifications
- Lead Capture — Every lead submitted through your website's contact form is captured and stored, accessible to you at any time.
- Email Notifications — You receive an email notification for every new lead submission to your registered email address.
- Monthly Limit — Contact form email notifications are limited to 750–1,000 emails per month. If your website exceeds this limit, additional notifications may not be delivered until the next billing cycle. This limit covers notification emails only — lead data is still stored regardless.
- Fair Use — This notification service is intended for genuine business enquiries. Listi reserves the right to restrict or suspend notifications if the contact form is used for spam, automated submissions, or abuse.
One-Time Claim Policy
This offer is available once per business
Each business can claim this promotional website only once — at the time of first signup and listing submission. Renewing your plan or upgrading later does not re-qualify you for this offer. If your plan is discontinued and later re-purchased, you cannot re-claim the website offer if it was already claimed previously. If the form is not submitted within 30 days of payment, the claim expires with no refund. If Listi rejects your application, a full refund of the claim fee is issued.
Content Submission
- After payment, you get access to a one-time Website Brief Form on your dashboard.
- The form can only be submitted once — ensure all content is final before submitting.
- If the form is not submitted within 30 days of payment, the claim expires. No refunds.
Delivery
- Websites are delivered within 5–7 business days from form submission, subject to admin approval. Admin may request additional time based on workload.
- Dashboard status tracking:
Submitted → In Progress → Review → Live - Once live, login credentials and access details are shared via email and dashboard.
- The 999 AED plan includes an admin panel for managing blog posts.
Website Production
Website Production Included
Website design and development are covered at no additional production cost as part of your Listi listing. The claim fee (5 AED or 20 AED depending on your plan) covers processing and hosting setup only. This is subject to the Website Claim Terms & Conditions outlined on this page. Post-delivery changes, maintenance, and hosting renewal are billed separately.

Each website is built using the details submitted in your brief form. The design is created based on the colour profile and brand preferences you provide. The following sections are included as standard:

Bugs & Technical Issues
2-Day Free Maintenance Period
Once your website is marked Live, you have a 2-day (48-hour) free maintenance window to report any bugs or errors. During this period, Listi will fix reported issues at no additional cost. After the 2-day window expires, all bug fixes and error resolution require a paid maintenance window (99 AED for 30 days).
While we strive for a bug-free delivery, minor technical issues may arise after the website goes live due to browser updates, third-party service changes, or other factors beyond our control. After the free 2-day period, such issues are covered under the Maintenance service (99 AED for a 30-day window) and are not considered defects eligible for free fixes under this promotional offer.
No Re-edits Policy
This is a one-time build promotion. Once the website is delivered and marked Live, the submitted design and content are considered final. Businesses cannot re-submit the brief form or request a free rebuild under this promotion. Listi is not responsible for content errors if incorrect information was provided.
Additional Changes — 49 AED Per Section
After delivery, modifications can be requested at 49 AED per section. Each change request covers one section of your website (e.g. header, hero, about, services, footer, contact form, or a new section). Payment is collected via a payment link sent by the Listi admin through email or WhatsApp.
What Counts as One Change (49 AED per section)
- Update text, images, or content within a single section
- Replace logo or hero banner image
- Update contact info, address, or phone in a section
- Change colours or font styles within a section
- Add or modify social media links
- Add a new static section (FAQ, testimonials, gallery, etc.)
- Add a new static page (counts as one section)
- Domain change or DNS reconfiguration
What We Will NOT Do (Even as a Paid Change)
- Add e-commerce, shopping carts, or checkout flows
- Build web apps, dashboards, or login portals
- Integrate payment gateways
- Add booking or scheduling systems
- Build custom forms with database storage
- Any dynamic or backend-driven features
Change Request Process
Annual Renewal
Annual Renewal: 999 AED / year
Hosting and website support are free for the first 12 months from the date your website goes live. After the first year, the annual renewal fee is 999 AED per year, which covers hosting, security, and continued support. Renewal reminders will be sent 30 days before expiry. If not renewed, the website may be taken offline after a 15-day grace period. All renewal charges are the sole liability of the business user — Listi is not responsible for paying any hosting, domain, or renewal fees on behalf of the business.
Cancellation
Businesses can choose to cancel their website at any time by contacting Listi support. Upon cancellation, the website will be taken offline and Listi will no longer provide hosting, maintenance, or support. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the annual renewal fee. If you wish to retain your website code and assets, see the Ownership Transfer option below.
Ownership Transfer — 499 AED
Full Code & Backend Ownership: 499 AED
Businesses can request full ownership transfer of the entire website — including source code, backend, hosting accounts, and all associated assets — for a one-time fee of 499 AED. Upon transfer, the business assumes full responsibility for hosting, maintenance, security, and all ongoing costs. This permanently ends the relationship with Listi for website development and full support — your Listi business listing and other Listi services remain unaffected, subject to your active Listi listing plan.

Maintenance (Pay As You Go)
Maintenance: 2-Day Free + 99 AED / 30-Day Window
A free 2-day (48-hour) maintenance period is included from the moment your website goes live — report any bugs or errors during this window and they will be fixed at no cost. After the 2-day period expires, maintenance is pay-as-you-go. Purchase a 30-day maintenance window for 99 AED (one-time) when you need it. This covers bug fixes and error resolution only — not content changes or new features. Once the 30-day window expires, a new maintenance fee is required for further support. This is separate from the 49 AED per-section change fee — maintenance fixes technical issues, while changes cover content updates.
Business Email Configuration
Email Setup: 99 AED Service Charge
If you require a professional business email (e.g. info@yourdomain.com), Listi can configure it for a one-time service charge of 99 AED. Email hosting costs are separate and paid entirely by the business user directly to the email provider — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — as per their standard pricing. Listi only handles the technical setup and DNS configuration. All ongoing email hosting subscription fees are the sole responsibility of the business user.

Listi reserves the right to revise fees for change requests, maintenance, hosting renewal, and any other services at any time. The updated pricing will be communicated to you before payment is collected.

Listi offers a basic one-time on-page SEO setup for 99 AED. This includes meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt tags, and basic schema markup for your website pages. This is a one-time service — no recurring charges. Results are not guaranteed as SEO outcomes depend on competition, industry, and search engine algorithms.
Monthly SEO Package — 1,200 AED / month
Optional Monthly SEO Service: 1,200 AED / month
If your business is interested in ongoing search engine optimisation, Listi offers a monthly SEO package at 1,200 AED per month. This is an optional add-on service and is not included in the website claim offer. Interested businesses can contact Listi support to learn more and subscribe. SEO services are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
- Both SEO services are optional upsells — not required for the website claim.
- SEO pricing is subject to change. Listi will communicate any updates before billing.
- Results are not guaranteed — SEO outcomes depend on competition, industry, and search engine algorithms.
Intellectual Property
- Content submitted by the business (text, images, logos) remains the business's property.
- Website design template and code structure remain Listi's property.
- Businesses may not extract, copy, or redistribute the template or code outside Listi-managed hosting.
Prohibited Content
Listi reserves the right to refuse or take down any website containing:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Hate speech or discriminatory material
- Content violating UAE federal laws or regulations
- Unauthorized copyrighted material
- Adult, gambling, or prohibited substance content
Right to Stop Production
Listi May Stop Production at Any Stage
Listi reserves the right to stop website production at any stage — before, during, or after development — at its sole discretion. This may occur due to policy violations, ineligible content, non-compliance with these terms, or any other reason Listi deems appropriate. In such cases, Listi may or may not issue a refund based on the work progress at the time of stoppage. If significant work has already been completed, a partial or no refund may apply. Listi will communicate the decision and any applicable refund directly to the business user.
Termination
- Account suspension or deactivation may result in the website being taken offline.
- Listi may terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Businesses will be given 30 days' notice before any active website is taken offline due to policy changes.
Liability
- Service provided "as is" — no warranties on uptime, performance, or SEO ranking.
- Maximum liability limited to total amount paid (claim fee + any change/maintenance fees).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Dubai, UAE.
